KAYLEIGH AND SAM - diy essex wedding!

2020, the shitstorm that is right now. What a year its been for everyone and especially the wedding industry. In walks Kayleigh and Sam, throwing one of the best weddings everrrrrrr! A ridiculously laidback and fun day, in the Essex countryside for their intimate wedding. When I spoke to Kayleigh originally, we had planned for the big hoorah shindig with 150+ people, however BJ said no Al, 30 people max. Not a problem. If there was ever proof 30 people weddings can be AMAZING, this it IT!

I started my morning with the boys, shooting in the garden, wasn’t hard to find, just listen for the massive bang of a shotgun obliterating some clays, and there was Sam! Everything was on site, the church, venue and getting ready, unreal right?! literally walked out the house and the church was less than 50 paces, don’t think the classic car was needed this time! We had a beautiful ceremony, then walked outside to find the whole village ( socially distanced obvs! ) cheering the happy couple out the church!

It was then back to the house for drinks, chill and the biggest slab of soft cheese for canapés you have ever seen. ( Props to sam for building that sick bar, I salute you my fellow carpenter! ) Drinks, food, more drinks, straight arms, champagne spraying, red sunsets, and just one hell of a crazy good dancefloor! Honestly, for one day, it was like being back in hectic summer wedding season loving what I do for a living and having the best time with my awesome couples. You couldn’t ask for a better day.

Kayleigh and Sam – you bloody legends! Thank you for having me along for your big day, hopefully we can have a round 2 down the line, BEEEEEEFAAAA!
